Pawnee Lady Bears
The highly ranked Pawnee Lady Black Bears had no trouble of disposing of Billings.
Pawnee led 17-0 after one quarter, 42-7 at halftime and 58-15 after three quarters.
Ashtin Tiger led Pawnee's scoring with 12 points. She was the only Lady Bear to finish in double figures, but 13 entered the scoring column.
Billings' Kassina Prince paced the Lady Bulldogs in scoring with 16 points.
Pawnee Junior Varsity Black Bears
Pawnee's highly regarded varsity boys' team isn't entered in the tournament, but the junior varsity came and looked like a genuine threat to win the whole thing.
The junior Black Bears rang up a whopping 64-point victory over Billings.
They led 35-14 after a frenetic first quarter, 53-22 at the half and 82-31 at the end of three quarters.
Pawnee had six players end in double figures. Sonny Moor led the way with 21 points. James McAlister had 17, Kyle LeGrand had 16; Matt Ross had 13; Adams Bruns had 11 and Colby Ellis had 10 for the Black Bears.
Leading Billings' scoring were three players, Steven Randle, Caleb Lounsbury and Cade Oller, with eight each.
